I have been plagued with complete septic system issues, inside and outside, for years.  I've had several people out to look at it, most of who left without offering a solution, and one who offered a partial/bandaid solution for which I paid a lot of money.  I had an epic fail in February, and Eric came out and was reassuring right from the moment he looked at everything.  He clearly knew what he was doing, had sincere and ready and full solutions to offer right away, and within a week my decades of septic nightmares were gone.  He was very professional, the price was right, and the entire experience was stress-free.  This is a huge improvement in quality of life!!
